About Me

I grew up in Southern California. I received my doctorate in PT from Loma Linda University, a school and hospital that promotes whole person care. I have experience treating all ages in many different settings. I’m an Ironman triathlete, 500 hour yoga teacher, and mother of two young daughters.

My Approach to Care

My approach to physical therapy comes from a whole person holistic approach along with evidence based practice. People need an individualized plan of care because we are all different. Physical therapy goals should be patient driven for what matters to them in their unique lives.

What to Expect in Your First Session

During the first session I will examine your strength, mobility, movement patterns, and ask about your medical history and lifestyle. We will discuss the treatment plan and start with some exercises that will begin the journey toward your goals. Wear comfortable clothes and bring any medical imaging, insurance information and/or doctor prescriptions with you.
