About Me

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, where I attended UCLA for my undergraduate degree before earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at USC. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in both traditional outpatient rehab and telehealth, treating everyone from weekend warriors to professional esports athletes by blending movement science with innovative tech. I’m passionate about helping people stay active—whether in the gym, on the field, or behind a keyboard. When I’m not working, you’ll find me out and about with my toddler in tow or reliving nostalgic moments in my favorite retro games.

My Approach to Care

I believe in aligning with each client exactly where they are, whether recovering from an injury, optimizing daily ergonomics, or striving for peak performance. My approach combines evidence-informed methods with personalized programming, ensuring that every treatment plan reflects individual goals and lifestyles. I work as a hybrid physical therapist, seeing clients both in person and via telehealth to improve accessibility and consistency of care. I support patients through ongoing communication, progress tracking, and education, allowing care to remain flexible and responsive between sessions. I want each person I work with to feel empowered, informed, and engaged in their progress.

What to Expect in Your First Session

In your first session, we’ll talk through your history, goals, and outline a personalized plan, including any immediate exercises or recommendations. I’ll also conduct a physical assessment to evaluate your movement, strength, and any limitations. By the end of our first visit, you’ll have a clear understanding of your condition, how physical therapy can help, and the services I offer. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard and supported as we begin your path to recovery. Whether in person or via telehealth, this first session typically runs 60–75 minutes and includes treatment, personalized recommendations, and education about your condition. In-person sessions may include hands-on techniques, while virtual sessions use guided movement and demonstration. Please wear comfortable clothing and have any relevant medical records or imaging ready.
